Large head of cabbage
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. onion powder
1 egg
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup minute rice
1 can tomato soup
3/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Remove core from cabbage. Boil cabbage in water till tender. Remove from water and let cool. Mix hamburger, salt, onion powder, egg, pepper and rice together. Roll hamburger mixture into balls and wrap in a leaf of cabbage. You can use a toothpick to keep roll together if needed. Place into a roaster pan. Once all are rolled pour mixture of soup and water over top and then bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
