1lb ground beef
1sm onion chopped
1tsp minced garlic
1/3c ketchup
1/4tsp salt
1/4tsp pepper
1 1/2c oatmeal
1/2c mozzerella

place ground beef in mixing bowl, add all ingredients to ground beef (reserve 2tbsp)
mix together ingredients using hands.
place in loaf pan- add remaining ketchup to top, spread evenly.
bake in preheated oven at 350 for 40 min.
