3 eggs lightly beaten
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. cream fill cup to 1/2 with milk
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla or nutmeg (use 1 tsp. of each)
3 1/2 c. flour (stir in by hand)
