2 cups white sugar
⅔ cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
Beat this all together for 4 minutes

Preheat oven to 350º

Mix together:
2⅔ cups flour
⅔ cup cocoa
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp soda

Slowly add this mixture into the sugar mixture while adding 2 cups boiling water. Stir together well and pour into a 9x13 greased and floured pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until center tests done
