1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 T. cinnamon

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. bkg pwdr
3/4 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
1 pkg instant butterscotch pudding
1 c. water
4 eggs

Directions:

Mix first 3 ingredients together and set aside

To mixing bowl: 4 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 cup sugar, 3/4 c. oil. Mix thoroughly
Add: 2 c. flour, 2 tsp. baking powder, 2 pudding mixes and 1 c. water. Mix on low until blended.
Pour 1/2 batter into a 9x13" pan. Sprinkle 1/2 nut mixture over. Repeat.
Bake at 350º 45-50 or until toothpick comes out clean.
