1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
2 tsp. mustard powder
1 bullion cube crushed
dash of worcestershire
dash of ketchup

Sauce
1 medium chopped onion
2 cups beef broth
dash of worcestershire
dash of ketchup
cornstarch
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meat, bread crumbs, mustard powder, bouillon cube, worcestershire and ketchup and form into steaks. Fry in butter and oil until brown. Remove from pan.
Sauce: Saute onion and then add 2 cups beef broth, dash of worcestershire and ketchup. Thicken with cornstarch. Add salt and pepper. Place the steaks back in with the sauce and let simmer.
