3/4 Cup White Sugar
1/4 Cup Margarine
2 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
3 Ripened Bananas
1/4 Teaspoon Salt

Directions:
Directions:
* Preheat oven to 350ºF
* Mix margarine and sugar together until creamy.
* Add eggs and mix together thoroughly.
* In separate bowl mix together Flour, Baking Soda and Salt.
* Mush ripened Bananas together until creamy, add to Egg mixture.
* Incorporate wet and dry ingredients together until just moistened.
* Pour into greased loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes to an hour (check center with toothpick), top will be golden brown.

VARIETIES: 1 Cup of chocolate chips or nuts or dried cranberries make a yummy alternative! Also, instead of a loaf try muffins!
