2 c. elbow macaroni (cook according to pkg. directions, then drain)
1/2 c. butter, melted over low heat
2 Tbsp. flour
1-1/2 c. milk
1 c. grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º.
In sauce pan over med. heat, stir flour into melted butter. Slowly add milk, whisking constantly until thickened. Place 1/2 of cooked macaroni into greased casserole dish. Place 1/2 of the cream sauce on top of macaroni. Sprinkle with 1/2 c. cheese. Repeat layers and end with cheese. Sprinkle paprika on top (optional). Bake 20-25 mins.
