6-7 slices bread (cubed)
1 lb. ham, sausage or bacon
1/2 lb. cheese (velveeta or cheddar)
6 eggs (beaten)
3 1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 lb. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a 9x13" pan. Line with bread cubes. Cut up meat and put over bread crumbs. Put cheese, cubed, over meat. Beat together beaten eggs, with the milk and add the salt. Pour this mixture over top of bread, meat and cheese. Then melt butter and dribble over the contents in the pan.

Let stand overnight. Bake 1 hour or so at 325º.
