2 tsp. Sugar
1 tbsp. Veg.Oil
1 c. Water

Mix the dry ingredients well. Mix oil and water and add slowly until the mixture is smooth.
*Use this batter to coat your favorite fish pieces and deep fry until golden brown or desired crispiness.
