Melt butter in oven safe pan (9 x 13" pan works well). Mix eggs, milk and flour together. A few lumps are ok, do not overbeat it. Pour mixture over the melted butter in the baking pan. Peel and slice the apples. Mix apple slices with the cinnamon and brown sugar, and spread over pancake batter. Bake at 375º for approximately 35 minutes until pancake is fluffy and golden-brown. Serve warm. Enjoy!
