Ingredients:  
2 lbs boneless beef round strips, cut into 1" cubes (buy pre-packages strips and cut into cubes)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1- 8 oz container sour cream (or sour cream with chives dip)
3 cups hot cooked noodles (buttered or tossed with olive oil to prevent clumping & sticking)

Directions:
In large slow cooker, combine beef, soup and onion. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or on high 4-5 hours. Stir in dip or sour cream. Serve over hot, cooked noodles.
