1 1/2 ground beef
1 tsp onion powder
salt to taste
1 cup diced peeled potatoes
1 cup mixed vegetables (cook along with potatoes in boiling water prior to adding to this recipe)
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 can beef broth
Pie crust mix

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef in a skillet. Add onion powder & salt. Transfer to a greased 9 inch baking dish.

Top with drained potatoes & vegetables.

In a skillet melt the butter. Stir in flour until smooth, gradually add broth. Bring to a boil. Cook & stir until thickened. Pour over vegetables.

Mix pie dough & roll out pie dough into a square to place over mixture. Cut in slots.
Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
