Directions:
Bring slightly salted water to boil with peppercorns, bay leaves and dill weed.
Dump in shrimp (stove on high) and stand around watching, poking with wooden spoon on occasion.
Shrimp will start to float to the top, when the top of the water has floating shrimp, remove from heat, put shrimp in collander and run very cold water on them. When they are chilled, drain/pat with paper towel, put in bowl or plastic storage bag with the peppercorns, bay leaves and dill, in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
DO NOT follow directions on bag, DO NOT bring to full boil and boil for 2 minutes.
Best is served in your Nambe bowl
