1 1/2 c. sugar or splenda
2/3 c evaporated milk
1/2 stick butter
1/4 tsp. salt
11 1/2 oz. Nestle milk chocolate morsels
7 oz. jar marshmallow cream
6 oz. Nestle semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 c nuts, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla extract

In large saucepan, combine marshmallow cream, sugar, milk, butter and salt. Bring to a boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add chocolate morsels. Stir until blended. Stir in nuts and vanilla. Pour into 9
