1 bag of Hashbrowns
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 onion chopped and fried
Small container of sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Onion powder
500g Cheddar cheese (I use mild)

Directions:
Directions:
In a lrg bowl combine Hashbrowns, soup, sour cream, fried onions, salt, pepper, onion powder and 2 cups shredded cheese. Put in a greased pan and add more shredded cheese to top of hashbrowns, place foil on top.
Bake for 2 hrs in 350 º oven.
