2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp.vanilla
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. chopped apples
whipped cream or ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla until foaming. Add flour, salt, and baking powder.
Fold in chopped apples. Bake in 9x9 pan at 350º for 20-30 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
