1 Round Steak (cut into squares)
1 Large Onion (chopped)
Beef Bouillon Cubes (approx. 10-12)
2 cans Stewed Tomatoes (crushed)
Soy Sauce (1 t.)
Salt & Pepper to Taste

Directions:
Directions:
Coat each piece of meat in flour & brown both sides in oil in deep pan on stovetop. After meat is browned, add chopped onions, cover with water & add beef bouillon cubes. Cook on low-med. heat until meat is tender (approximately 5-6 hours) making sure water does not evaporate (you may have to add more water as meat is cooking). For the last hour of cooking, add stewed tomatoes & 1 t. soy sauce for flavor.
