2 country-style ribs
1 can of chicken broth
1/2 cup chopped onion
butter
1 cup of rice
Salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the ribs in two cups of water, then after they cool, cut up in small pieces. Keep the broth and add the chicken broth to it (making a total of 3 cups).
In small pan sauté onion in butter. Add meat, onion and one cup of rice to the broth. Cook on low, covered until rice is tender. Add salt and pepper.
