Ingredients:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. green olives
1/4 c. olive juice
1/2 c. walnuts or pecan pieces, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix olive juice slowly into the cream cheese. Chop the olives in a food processor and add to the cream cheese mixture. Add additional olive juice if mixture seems too thick as it will become even thicker when refrigerated. Add the nuts and refrigerate before serving.

I usually double or triple this recipe. Serve with crackers or vegetables as a dip.
