1 c. sour cream
2 c. sugar
1 c. butter or margarine
2 eggs
1 level tsp. baking soda
1 rounded tsp. baking powder
flour to roll( maybe 3-5 cups)
Spices, nuts, or raisins if desired.
Vanilla or Almond flavoring if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º F.
Cream together sugar and butter. Add sour cream and eggs. Mix dry ingredients in. Roll out for cut outs. Do not roll too thin-makes a soft, delicious cookie. Sprinkle with colored sugar if desired.
Bake 5-6 minutes depending on your oven or until light brown edge on cookie.
