3 - 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Paprika
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup sour cream
Butter
Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Filet chicken breasts. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Sauté chicken in a little olive oil and butter. Brown chicken on each side, cook until about 1/2 way done. Remove chicken from pot and set aside. In the same pot sauté onions until soft. Add mushroom soup, chicken broth, and sour cream. Add additional pepper and paprika to soup mixture and stir well. Add chicken back to pan and cover. Simmer until chicken is cooked thoroughly stirring occasionally. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes. Optional: use boneless skinless thighs or a combination of breasts and thighs.
