1 c. oil (or 1/4 c. butter melted and 3/4 c. oil)
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. white and 1 c. brown sugar
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
dash of salt
3 c. oatmeal
1 c. chocolate chips (or raisins)
1 c. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat oil, eggs, vanilla, and sugars until smooth. Add flour, cinnamon, baking soda and dash of salt and mix well. Mix in the oatmeal, chocolate chips and walnuts. Refrigerate for one hour. Drop by spoonfuls on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350-360º for 13-15 minutes
