First Part:
14 c. chopped tomatoes, seeded
3 c. chopped onions
1 hot pepper
1 c. chopped green peppers

Second Part:
3/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1 c. tomato sauce
1 c. ketchup
3 tbl. salt (if freezing use only 1 tbl.)
1 tbl. chili powder
10 tbl. corn starch
4 tsp. minced garlic (or more)
1 1/2 tsp. cumin (this is a must)

Directions:

Mix first part together in a huge bowl.

Cook second part and bring to a boil, stir constantly until thick; then mix together with cold tomato ingredients. Put into heated canning jars* and place lids on. {*Heat in hot water and put lid on pot to keep it hot - boil lids in a smaller pot.}

Fill jars; put hot lids on and ring on finger tight and put in canner. Once filled jars boil - stay on for 20 minutes to use a pot and not a canner. Let alone for 24 hours.
