2 c. elbow macaroni
1 block sharp cheddar cheese
1 package saltine crackers
1 small chopped onion
1 small green pepper
1 tomato
Milk to cover dish

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles until soft and drain water. Meanwhile cut cheese into cubes and place in 9x12 baking dish. Crush saltines into crumbs, chop onions then stir in noodles. Pour milk to cover and top with slices of green pepper and tomato. Place in over at 350 and bake for approx 30-40 minute until top gets slightly brown

My mom brought this recipe home from a pitch in she had at the dentist she worked for (Dr Bailey) and we have been making it ever since. I always think of her when making this
