Salad:
1 bag spinach
3 or 4 hard cooked eggs
1/2 pound bacon
1/2 red onion
1 can water chestnuts (sliced and drained) (optional)
1 can bean sprouts (drained or fresh) (optional)
Dressing:
3 tbsp. salad oil
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup ketchup
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 medium onion, diced
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine salad ingredients. Blend dressing ingredients. Apply dressing shortly before serving according to taste.
