3 c corn meal
1/2 c. flour
3 c eggs
3 tsp baking powder
salt and pepper to taste
water to thick consistency
5 boiled eggs cut up
3 to 4 stalks of steamed celery cut up
1 large onion chopped and steamed
1/2 tsp. sage
enough chicken or turkey broth to make soupy
lots of pepper
1/2 pkg crackers
1/2 pkg Pepperidge Farms stuffing mix
Directions:

Mix together first 6 ingredients to make cornbread. Cook at 375º in a greased baking dish until done (brown on top). Remove from oven and cool. Break apart and put in large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Mix together and pour into a large 9 X 13 glass baking dish. Drizzle turkey broth over top for added flavor. Bake at 375º about 35 to 40 minutes.
