Ingredients:  
2 soup bones
1 large can tomato juice
1 pkg onion soup mix
Dice carrots (3 or 4)
Chop celery
Chopped potatoes (3 or 4)
Barley about 2 Palm fulls (watch cause the barley thickens)
2 cups of elbow noodles
Vegeta seasoning ( I buy it in the soup section)
Chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Boil soup bones in a large pot of water for an hour with chopped onions. Leave water in pot and add tomato juice, carrots, celery, potatoes, soup mix, barley and noodles.
Add 1 tsp of Vegeta at a time to taste. ( I use this seasoning in a lot of soups and stews, even in spaghetti sauces)
Cook for 2 hours on medium. Enjoy!
