3 lbs of Ground Beef
2 cans of Hunts Spaghetti Sauce with onion/garlic
1 lg box of Uncooked Lasagna Noodles
1 lg container of Cottage Cheese plus a small container (use lower in fat for a healthier version
2 lg pkgs of Colby Jack Cheese

Directions:

In a large skillet brown ground beef, drain and rinse with warm water. Into the same skillet, add sauce and drained meat and stir until bubbly. Layer as noted:
Noodles
Cottage Cheese (1 cup)
Cheese
Meat Sauce (1 to 1/2 cup covering the layer below)
Repeat Layers until Pan is full and always end with meat sauce. Sprinkle Cheese on top of last layer. Cover with foil and cook for 1- 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Let cool for 30 mins before eating. For a quicker version you can put your dish in the Fridge overnight before cooking. Cover and cook for about 45 min to 1 hour. Always preheat your oven before baking.
