2-3 lb. pork roast
4 chicken bouillon cubes (crushed into powder)
1 Tablespoon rosemary
1 teaspoon onion salt
2 teaspoons garlic powder
Pepper
1 Tablespoon BBQ rub
14-16 cloves of garlic, depending on the size of your roast
1/4 cup water

Preheat oven to 400º F. Place roast into a deep casserole dish with 1/4 cup of water.
Mix the crushed bouillon cubes, rosemary, onion salt, garlic powder, pepper and BBQ rub together and spread over the roast.
Take the garlic cloves and peel the paper skin from them. Slice small holes all over the roast and insert 1 garlic clove into each slit.
Place the lid on your dish and cook at 400º F for 1 1/2 hours, then turn the oven down to 350º F and cook for another 3 hours (check it one in a while for doneness). Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes.
