1 SMALL ONION CHOPPED
1 GREEN BELL PEPPER CHOPPED
SALT & PEPPER I JUST GUESS AT THIS

COMBINE ALL THE ABOVE AND MIX WITH HANDS REALLY GOOD
PUT IN BAKING PAN FORM INTO LOAF SHAPES.

ITS GOOD TO SLAP YOUR LOAVES SEVERAL TIMES (BURPING) THIS RELEASES SOME SOME AIR THAT GETS TRAPPED IN THE MEAT WHILE MIXING.

COVER WITH FOIL
BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR APPX 45 MINUTES UNTIL DONE UNCOVER AND RETURN TO OVEN FOR APPX 15 MINUTES TO BROWN REMOVE PUT KETCHUP ON TOP AND HEAT FOR A FEW MINUTES. REMOVE AND SERVE.
