1 lb ground beef
1/2 pkg Club House meatloaf seasoning
2 eggs beaten
8 salting crackers crushed
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 onion chopped (optional)

Directions:
Directions:

In a bowl add meat, eggs, crushed crackers, onions and 1/2 pkg of meatloaf seasoning.
Mix together and put in greased 8x8 cake pan, shape it like a loaf. Open cans of cream of mushroom soup stir with a fork inside can and pour over meat loaf....Do not add water with it!!! Put foil on top and place in pre heated oven.
Bake 350 for 1 1/2 hours.

Phil and my son Wes love this meatloaf recipe, I serve it with scallop potatoes and use the mushroom gravy to pour on top. Enjoy!
