2 tsp oil
1 celery stalk, cut into 2" long strips
1 red pepper
6 mushrooms (caps, sliced thinly)
2 tsp grated ginger
1 garlic glove
2 green onions
1 cup bean sprouts
1/3 cup grated carrot
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp chili sauce
Spring roll wrappers

Directions:
Directions:
-Heat oil. Stir fry celery, pepper, mushrooms, ginger, and garlic. Put in bowl and cool.
-Mix green onion, bean sprouts, carrot, cilantro, soy sauce, and chili into bowl.
-Brush edges of wrapper with egg.
-Put 1/4 cup filling into wrapper and roll up. Deep fry.
