1 tsp sugar
1 tsp yeast
2/3 cup warm water
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
-Put sugar and yeast in small bowl with warm water. Mix well until yeast has dissolved. Set aside for 10 minutes (or until mixture is frothy)
-Place flour in large mixing bowl. Make a well in middle. Add ghee (butter) and salt and pour in yeast mixture. Mix well.
-Turn dough out and knead for 5 minutes. Return to bowl.
-Cover and let rise for 1 1/2 hours.
-Turn dough our and knead for 2 minutes. Shape into balls and roll out.
-Fry in hot butter. Watch out for splatters.
