1 PACKAGE (3.4) INSTANT LEMON PUDDING
¾ C CANOLA OIL
3 EGG
1 CUP LEMON LIME SODE
1 CUP POWDERED SUGAR
2 TABLESPOON LEMON JUICE

GLAZE:
SMALL BOWL COMBINE POWDERED SUGAR AND LEMON JUICE UNTIL SMOOTH CAREFULLY SPREAD OVER WARM CAKE COOL COMPLETELY

IN LARGE BOWL COMBINE FIRST 4 INGREDIENTS BEAT ON LOW SPEED 30 SECONDS THEN BEAT ON MEDIUM SPEED FOR 1 MINUTE. GRADUALLY BEAT LEMON LIME SODA JUST UNTIL BLENDED. PPOUR INTO A GREASED 13 X 9 PAN. I(IUSE A BUNDT PAN TO MAKE IT)
BAKE AT 350 DEGREE FOR 40 – 45 MINUTES OR UNTIL TOOTHPICK COMES OUT CLEAN.
