1 Pie Crust (ready to bake)
3 Eggs
3/4 cup Milk
1/4 tsp. Pepper
4 strips crisp Bacon, crumbled
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/3 cup (1 1/2 oz.) grated Parmesan Cheese
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen Chopped Spinach (thawed & well drained)

Beat together eggs, milk, and pepper. Add bacon, cheeses, and spinach. Mix well. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350º for 35 - 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
