1/4 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup popcorn kernels
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp sea salt (or to taste)

In a large pot with a lid, heat the coconut oil over medium-high heat. Add the popcorn kernels. When the coconut oil begins to sizzle, sprinkle the sugar over the kernels. Cover and stir or shake the pot until the popping slows down. Should take about 2 minutes to pop almost all of the kernels. Remove from heat and pour the popcorn into a large bowl. Sprinkle with salt and toss.
