12 boneless skinless chicken breasts(can use legs or boneless thighs too)
1 small onion
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup chunky salsa (if like a little kick use medium salsa)
1/8 tsp cayenne
1/8 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp preferred seasonings

1 Preheat oven to 350°F.

2 Place chicken in a rectangular oven-safe pan with sides (squish together if required).

3 Chop onion finely and place in small bowl.

4 Combine remaining ingredients to the onions.

5 Pour over the chicken and spread evenly.

6 Bake uncovered for 50 minutes.

7 Check meat temperature; should be 180°F.

8 Return to oven if required.

9 Serve over/with rice

10 Freeze leftovers (if any) in individual portions.

I double the sauce with 12 chicken breast/15-18 chicken thighs
I also prefer a more salsa taste over the ketchup so usually switch the measurements of ketchup and salsa.
