1-qt. or 1-liter glass jar
5/8 c. flour
1/2 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/3 c. white sugar
1/2 c. dried cranberries
1/2 c. white chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Layer all ingredients in a jar, adding them in the order listed.
Attach a tag with the following instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º F (175º C). Grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, beat together 1/2 c. softened butter (113 grams), 1 egg, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla sugar until fluffy. Add the entire jar of ingredients, and mix together with your hands until well-blended. Drop by spoonfuls onto prepared baking sheets, placing cookies about 5 cm apart.
3. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, until edges start to brown. Cool on baking sheets or remove to wire racks to cool.
