Cake Batter:
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
1/2 c. raisins or currants
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. milk

Pudding Sauce:
1 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. butter
2 c. boiling water
1/2 tsp vanilla and cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºf
Lightly grease 8x8 inch baking pan
Combine dry ingredients of the cake batter, then mix in milk to form a thick batter
Spoon and spread into cake pan
Combine pudding sauce ingredients and pour over cake batter
Bake 25 min and allow cake to settle for 30 min
Then serve with whipped cream, ice cream or frozen yogurt
