12 ounces chocolate morsels
2 tablespoons sugar
4 eggs separated
2 cups whipped cream
1 angel food cake (buy it ready made)
Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate morsel in double boiler
Beat egg yolks and sugar until light and lemon colored
Mix into the chocolate mixture
Take off heat
Beat egg whites until stiff and gradually add them to the chocolate mixture
Fold in the whipped cream
Tear angel food cake into small pieces and fold into the chocolate mixture
Spread into a greased 13x9x2 pan
Refrigerate overnight
Freezes well
