2 cups of Sugar
2 cups of Water
1/2 cup of Corn Starch
3 Eggs
2 Lemons
Powdered Sugar
Pie Crust

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water and sugar together until there is a thin syrup. Dissolve the cornstarch in cold water and throw into the syrup to thicken. Set aside to cool. Add the yolks from the eggs, then grate the lemons and squeeze out the juice and add to the mixture. Fill pie crusts.

Meringue
Use egg whites and some powdered sugar and beat until meringue forms. Put on top of lemon filling, brown in oven at 350º
