Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
1 cup light cream
slightly less than 1/4 lb. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and cream together well before heating it. You may let it sit for a little bit to help the sugar dissolve if time permits. Boil to 234º and do not stir at all while cooking. Place in refrigerator or outside if it is cool enough, letting it cool only until the bottom of the pan is cool. Do not let it get too cool. Then add butter and vanilla. Beat until it forms into a tight texture of fudge (smooth). Form into balls and refrigerate. Enjoy.
