1 large can Salmon
1 8-oz cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp minced onion
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp liquid smoke
red food coloring
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Remove bones and skin from salmon as needed. Mix salmon, cream cheese, onion, lemon, liquid smoke and a few drops of food coloring.
Set in refrigerator to chill. Mix parsley and nuts and set aside.
Mold salmon into a log and roll in parsley and nut mixture.
Serve with crackers.
