3 cups water
3 (3-oz) packages black cherry gelatin
2 cups cola soft drink
1 (16-oz) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 (15-oz) can pitted bing cherries, drained and quartered
2 cups chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Bring 3 cups water to boil in a large saucepan over high heat; remove from heat. Add gelatin, stirring 2 minutes or until gelatin dissolves.
Stir in cola and next 3 ingredients. Pour into a 12 cup mold or large casserole dish.
Cover and chill in refrigerator for 8 hours or until firm.

When growing up we always had a congealed salad for Sunday dinners. I make this one for holidays, usually Thanksgiving. It takes me back.
