1 unbaked pie crust
1 to 1 1/2 c rhubarb
1 c cream ( sweet or sour)
1 c sugar
3 beaten eggs
1/2 t cinnamon
nutmeg
Directions:
Directions:
Place cut up rhubarb in bottom of pan pan. She used glass. Make a filling of 1 c cream, 1 c sugar, 3 beaten eggs and 1/2 t cinnamon. Pour over rhubarb and bake @ 350º for 45 minutes. She sprinkled nutmeg on top before baking.
