1/2 cup margarine
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup sugar
8 ounces cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 ounce unflavored gelatin powder
1/2 cup water
14 ounces canned pumpkin
1/3 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
3 egg whites
1/4 cup sugar

Melt margarine. Stir in sugar and crumbs. Press into ungreased 9" x 13" pan.

Beat cream cheese and sugar together well. Add eggs. Pour over crust.

Bake at 325 for 20 minutes.

Sprinkle gelatin over water in small bowl. Let stand at least 5 minutes. Measure next 6 ingredients in saucepan. Heat and stir over medium heat until boiling and thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in softened gelatin until dissolved. Chill until syrupy. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Add sugar gradually, beating until stiff. Fold into pumpkin mixture. Pour over cheese layer.

Chill. Serve with whipped cream.
