Delmonico steaks
Chef Paul Prudhomme's Blackened Redfish Magic Seasoning
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix enough olive oil and a few tsp. balsamic vinegar in the bottom of a baking dish. Place steaks in the mixture and coat evenly. Remove steaks and sprinkle with Chef Prudhommes's Blackened Redfish Magic Seasoning and salt and pepper. Grill to your liking.
