Ingredients: • 1 large bag pasta – choose spiral, bow tie, macaroni or any of your favorite pasta • be sure not to over cook the pasta for a salad – as it will fall apart when mixed with all the ingredients • 1 red bell pepper - diced • 1 orange bell pepper - diced • 1 yellow bell pepper – diced • 1 jar sliced salad green olives • 1 or 2 small cans sliced black olives • 3 stalks celery – stringed and diced • Diced green onion or red onion if you like • 1 large pkg of Colby jack cheese – cut into tiny squares (Now they make Cheese Crumbles that would work great!) any cheese you want is great • drizzle just a little olive oil if you want – originally did not do this but now I use it to cut down on the mayo. • Mayonnaise to taste ( I use light now and sprinkle in hidden valley dip mix • Salt and Pepper • Add any seasonings you would like - the boy’s also add Tony Chachere’s

Directions: |
Directions:Prepare vegetables and toss with pasta and other ingredients. Add Mayo, salt and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate. My boys always add Hidden Valley Dressing When they eat it -- but it is not necessary. Grilled Chicken or boiled shrimp are great added for a complete meal. |
