1 1/2 cups Butter, softened
3 cups Sugar
5 Eggs
3 cups Flour
1 Tbsp. Lemon Extract
3/4 cups 7-UP Soda (buy an 8 oz. can if you don't want to drink the extra)
Powdered Sugar (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in flour. Beat in lemon extract and 7-UP. Pour the batter into a greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 325º for 60-85 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes. Then, using a disposable knife, make certain the cake releases from the sides and center of the pan. Put a plate on top of the pan and turn it upside down to remove cake from the pan. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
